How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards. Please note that your credit card information is never stored on If you have any questions regarding payment, please feel free to contact us.

Is there sales tax?

Since we are located in San Francisco, CA, sales tax corresponding to your area will be added to your order if shipping within the state of CA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

When and how will I receive my order?

All domestic orders over $100 ship free with USPS Priority mail. Please allow two  business days to fulfill and issue a tracking number to the email address you provide. Once you receive your tracking number, you can expect to receive your package within 3 business days. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your new piece! Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your item at no additional shipping cost. Items must be in new and unworn condition. Please call or email us with your request and we will work with you to make sure you're happy. Once your item has been received in its original condition, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been approved and processed. All discounted items are final sale.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes. We take your privacy very seriously and never share your information. We use Stripe for all online credit card transactions. Stripe is certified to PC1 Service Provider level 1, the most stringent level of security certification. If you would like to see our detailed privacy policy, please contact us.
